No sound

Tried to watch a movie tonight but no sound seems like it's just one movie
This happened once before and the k scape tech support told me how to fix it but I can't remember how....

A question like this is complicated because of all the system variables. One thought is the old fashioned try turning off everything and restarting. If its just one movie did you try going to audio options and selecting a different soundtrack to see if that works? You are probably best served by working with your installer.

My guess is you have the player set to send an audio bitstream to your AV receiver/TV, and it is a format that the receiver can't decode.

If that is the case, turn on player decode in the settings (somewhere).
