Good day everyone. Im a UK Newbie to Kaleidescape and kscapeowners. I know this is probably a US-centric forum but I have some questions if members can be so kind – particularly UK owners?

Im driving a 6Tb Stratos S (with a view to upgrading if the “system” works to the Stratos C and Terra in the future). Im going to post a number of questions so I can track the intricacies more easily.

My first question is that the US Store is excellent and the UK store abysmal for titles. Kaleidascape seem to be pushing for some very expensive gear (more in the UK than the US) but not supporting the media. How do people download their media – take the UK store or somehow navigate their way into the US store?
 
The content available in the Stores is based on license and distribution limitations, which K does not control. If it were up to K, the Stores would all offer the same content.

You will not get a direct answer on circumventing the Store content restrictions. You "may" receive a PM explaining how some owners with homes in both the US and UK deal with the restrictions.
