Movie Title's "Grayed Out"

Because this has come up several times recently, just a quick reminder. If you see a movie title "Grayed out" in list view it means that title is not available for playback. This typically happens when a BR movie disc has been removed from a vault (or not in a Player tray), but if you see multiple movie's Grayed out it is likely the Vault storing those movies is not connected to your Server (network issue, or Vault issue).

In the past week a couple of owner's called me on this, and simply powering their Vault's "Off" and the "On" resolved the issue. In both cases, they had experienced an external (not K related) power interruption and when the system powered back up some disc's were "not available" because they were in a Vault that did not fully reconnect with the Server. The display window in the DV700 and M700 will message you if it is not able to connect, and the power recycle will fix it.
