Recently set up my Strato V and am very happy. I notice that some movies have a supplement or extras included with the film. On the Kaleidescape website these show in my movies as two entries, one for the movie and one for the supplement. Given the limited space of the V, is it possible to delete the supplements? Thanks! Jeff

Under the “More” tab of the app there is a “My Movies” section. From there, can tap on a title and then tap manage downloads. From there you can typically delete the HD version which might be just be the supplement file or the HD version of the movie with supplements depening on the title.

Adding to this, sometimes the supplements are only in SD so you might need to delete the SD version instead. One other thing you can do is to remove the supplement file from the download queue after it is added.

Thanks. When I click on My Downloads and select the supplement, what displays looks like the actual movie, same running time and same listed formats, 4K, SDR, HR10, Dolby Vision. It's the same display as when I select the actual movie, so I'm worried that I might be deleting the entire movie.

Removing the file from the download queue makes sense. Thanks! (or I could just get a Terra server.:))

OK...I looked around a little further. When you select Delete it displays both the movie and the supplement with both boxes checked. Uncheck the movie and you delete just the supplement. Should have looked further....

It unfortunately isn’t the most intuitive way of managing downlodads.
