Movie skipping

When I first turn on and starting watching a film, it starts skipping and eventually stops. Any ideas? I already rebooted the entire system.

Is this a particular movie, and if so, at a particular spot? If so, then I'd suggest deleting and re-importing it.

If you're saying this happens randomly, and happens to multiple movies, then you have a bigger problem.

If you have more than one player, does it happen while viewing on the other player(s)? (Trying to isolate MP vs Server vs Disk vs DVD).

In any event, you should call your dealer/K Support to report the problem and allow them to help you identify and resolve the issue. Even if the problem self-corrects, K should still be made aware you experience with the system.
