Movie Player 2 with SDI output

Some one told me that Movie Player 2 ( K-5000) is very difficult to modify.
They already tried out but no success.
Fyi the old K Movie Player ( K-2500) can be modified for sure.

The SDI will output 480i & 576i signal only.
As for hidef content like Kalahari I am not sure how this hidef signal will be treated.

The HD DVD player with HD SDI output is suppose to be able to output both SD & HD signal.
I will test & confirm this once my HD DVD player with HD-SDI output arrive.
