M700 initialising

Hi, I received recently an m700 and I need please a suggestion how to fix
“Disc Vault is initialising”.
Everything works ok until I ask to eject 2 blurays , then asked to eject all discs.
Physically there is no disc inside.

Is there a factory reset procedure?
I try pushing reset >10s button from the back, located under audio.

In the network there is a k1500 and a Strato s.

Thank you

The reset isn't a full wipe-to-factory sort of thing. I forget if you have to just let it try to eject them all, or if you need to do a force-inventory (so the internal database knows it's empty.) If it gives you a nasty error & wants to power-cycle on the first ejection attempt, then go the forced-inventory route after bringing it back up. Either way, pack your patience, because it's got to go back and process all the slots before letting you move forward.

Reinventory starts only after the Disc Vaults appear in kserver web interface.
Till that 0x013d0006 was popped.
As I read will take 1-2 hours to do the job.
Wondering what can be done if after this procedure will still have problems
