M500 no audio output

I have an M500 and I am trying to get standard Left/Right audio out from the RCA jacks. I know I've been able to get this from other M500, but this particular M500 is hooked up via HDMI. Does anyone know if K disables the RCA audio jacks from an M500 if HDMI is being used? Or is there some setting for audio?

In order to listen to multichannel audio, you need to go into the web interface and set the audio to decode in the player and then two channel.

Ah, that was the magic incantation! It worked. It works with multichannel out as well, as long as the audio is set to decode in the player. Thanks.

Glad it's working. With multichannel, the main difference you will notice is quieter dialog since the center channel is not combined as it is with The two channel setting.
