Hi everyone,

My Life HDR won't start playing from the beginning, yet if i choose a scene, it seems to work fine. Anyone else see this? I am going to redownload it

Works fine in my system, the re-download is a good idea.

Hi naylorman,

We took a look at the diagnostics from your system, and it seems as if there was an HDCP failure at the start of playback. We're going to investigate further to see if we can improve robustness in this situation (e.g. try again) or at least give some useful information so you know what's going on.

From the looks of the playback events, it's likely that if you have this problem again, you can just try again and it may succeed.

so to follow up on this one- it did successfully work after re-downloading the movie. the film- ehhh, but the picture was great!
