When I added my Terra 48TB I was having issues with wildly variable download speeds and one random reboot, and was told they were aware of those issues and would be addressing them in an upcoming FW update, so I'm wondering if those are included here.
Though I did download two movies after the update yesterday and both downloaded closer to 600Mbps vs the 800-900Mbps I have frequently seen.

There's nothing too major in the 10.17.1 release. Mainly just a code change to prevent guide updates on Terra servers during movie downloads. Attempting a guide update when a download was active and being written to the first disk in the Terra could cause a significant slowdown in the download speed.
With 10.17.1, guide updates are now blocked on a full-sized Terra until there are no active downloads (this was always the behaviour on Terra Compact). However, if a movie download is dependent on a guide update, then downloads will be paused until the guide update is completed.
