  • 🔷Why can't I make a new post here in "The Marketplace"? 🤔

    All registered users can reply to other members' posts here in the Marketplace, to respond as potential buyer or ask questions of the seller.
    However, only members who have paid to become "Premium" members or "Patrons" can make a new "for sale" post here in Marketplace.

    Premium memberships can be purchased for as little as $10... a very reasonable fee in order to sell equipment here, far lower than the seller's fee would be on eBay or Audiogon or other sites. Our site doesn't sell ads or sell user's information. This small fee is the only source of funds for the site to offset the costs it takes to run the forum.

Hello all,
I am selling my back up K5000 Server. S/N 0000 0017 BAFE
I have recently opened it and it is absolutely dust free and all of the fans operate as they should and the unit operates perfectly.
I have confirmed with Rusty at K that it is a grandfathered unit and it originally shipped about 10 years ago.
I have a set of 13 1TB drives and a blank disk installed with an available 10.9TB's of usable storage.
I have confirmed it is in DHCP mode and will pick up it's new IP address automatically when installed in a new system.
there are 233 DVD movies in the trash bin for the new owner to delete as required.

$3000 with the disk set
$2500 without.

I don't have an original box, but they are still available from K for about $100 if you'd like it shipped that way.
