K - support tickets

How long does it normally take to get a response from K regarding a support ticket.

I sent them two messages last Thursday, but I have yet to receive any response.

The short answer is usually within a day or two, with systems that are not working getting addressed first (priority based), and in the order they were received by K Support. Also, the best support tech (we all know it's Rusty) had been on vacation and returned to a very busy schedule, so some issues may take a little longer than usual to receive a response.

Just to confirm what Jim said, the Support team is a bit backed up because of the Thanksgiving holiday, but are working hard to get through the backlog. I apologize for the delay.
