K store not downloaded?

I received the message that I can’t see the store because it has not been downloaded from the server??? Last week when I pressed menus and then store it worked fine. What happened and how to fix it?

This should resolve itself. Do you by chance completely shut down your system when you're not using it (i.e., remove all power or use the low-power standby on the standalone players)?

That should really be fine. I was just thinking that if you had just turned on the system, it could account for seeing this issue. Are you still seeing the problem?
