Jurrasic world fallen kingdom wont play

My strato downloaded Fallen Kingdom and it downloaded but im getting an error saying the movie is not available for playback. Any suggestions?

Can you maybe delete it and download it again? Other movies play fine?
 
I can confirm that the title is playable. I have it playing on a Strato right now.

Can you post the exact wording of the error message? Is the message telling you that the title can't be played (on the current player) or that it isn't authorized for playback?

Are you seeing this message on the detail sheet in the OSD Store or are you getting an error dialog when you attempt to actually play the title?
 
You know what? I just checked my account- apparently my credit card was declined so I fixed that. Apparently you can complete a movie download and have it sitting on your system but still have the payment method decline so the license does not get put on your server... at least that is what I think happened.
