Jurassic Park 25th Anniversary 4K Digital

So I have had the SD version of the collection on ultraviolet for a while. Just purchased the 4K Anniversary edition and put the digital codes into movies anywhere. Vudu and all the other providers have updated to say I have the 4K version. Why is the Kaleidescape Store saying SD still????
 
How long since you redeemed the codes. Unlike other retailers K can take a bit longer to recognise changes in UV.

FYI, I always redeem directly in VUDU where UV rights exist - that way I'm sure they will appear in K. Read of people having issues going the other way.
 
I believe you have to redeem in VUDU to get UV rights. Movies Anywhere doesn’t flow to UV, but VUDU will flow to Movies Anywhere (if indicated on the bottom of the page for that movie).
 
You have to redeem directly on Vudu to get 4K UHD UV rights, then it will port to Kaleidescape

I would just watch the discs anyways. No DTS-X on Kaleidescape. Until they rectify this situation, I cannot see buying from the K store.
 
I've successfully called Sony and had them restore a code after a mixup like this. Might be worth a shot. All I had to do was show proof I personally had redeemed the code.
