I see Jeremiah Johnson is on sale in SD. Always liked the movie, wish K had the HD version. Looks like the movie was originally released by Warner Brothers and Warner Archives subsequently re-released it in HD.

Anyone have the the K SD version? How does it look?

I'd like to add this to my collection and would enjoy watching it again. It's always been among my favorites since it was a new release; my aunt took a few of us to see it at the theater way back in the day.

I just fired up the beginning of the movie (haven’t yet watched the whole thing on K) and it looks like what you’d expect an SD/DVD to look like. Nothing awful and nothing extraordinary… definitely watchable.

I've hesitated to buy this in SD too and have hoped K would put out the HD version. If I buy it in SD, it will be relased in HD within 2-3 weeks I'm sure. I was recently in Arizona and went to the Gold King Mine & Ghost Town in Jerome, AZ.. They have a nice museum there where they had the actual fur coat that Redford wore in this movie.
