How to get a list of non-downloaded movies

This may not be the proper place to ask, but is there a way to get a listing (I can put into Excel) of ALL of my movies - downloaded, not downloaded and categorized? I know how to get downloaded and categorized but not not-downloaded.
 
Tip: In Excel, press the CTRL key after pasting and select "Match Destination Formatting" to remove the checkboxes and format the text correctly.
