How do I interpret this?

[Area in red rectangle]. I'm confused. Does this mean that this file is 4K AND SDR AND HDR AND Dolby Vision AND Atmos?

It means the movie is available in 4K SDR, 4K HDR10, and 4K DV. Click on "Show Audio Tracks" and it shows a single "4K" section which means all the 4K versions have the same 2 tracks.

Versus something like Fury here that has separate audio tracks for different 4K versions.

And to clarify a bit more ... it is not a single file that includes all those formats. Once you purchase the 4K version of the title, you can choose to download a 4K SDR file, 4K HDR file, or 4K Dolby Vision file, depending on your system needs. Some people have systems with multiple types of displays and will choose multiple files, while others like me, only have a single display and choose just one file. Regardless of the file(s) you choose, the details of each are listed on the Store as @wilson pointed out above.

And keep in mind that there is is also a "file size" link if you are concerned with storage space.

BTW, when Dolby Vision movies started appearing with exclusive Atmos audio tracks it was inferred that this was expected to be temporary with these audio tracks eventually making their way to the SDR/HDR versions. I'm hoping that this is still the case. @MikeKobb?

Sorry to be slow in responding. I'm working on a project right now that we're trying to wrap up, and so I'm not getting much time to come to the forum for the next little while.

Anyway, yes, that is still the case. If there's a Dolby Atmos track on the Dolby Vision version, over time the other 4K version(s) will also be updated.
