Ok so I loaded Season's 1 threw 5 of House. I was so excited, Then I got House season 6 & 7 for christmas. WOW awesome! Ok, so why when I load it does the disk information and art work not appear? Also, why does season 7 show up under it's own season even that the information and art work is missing. However, on season 6 it broke it out as separate disk? It did load everything on all the other seasons? Strange, I contacted the dealer in Dallas and he said wait 48 hours and it will fix itself. That hasn't happened so now what? :confused:
 
Initially I would enter the UPC code, then send the discs of to K via the loan process.

There is a "sticky" giving details of the loan process at the top of the forum.
 
Not sure if/when you entered the UPCs, but that 48-hours is really two business days. (Plus the stuff JDS mentions about them needing to get loaned.)

It must be something about keeping up. My Bones Television series is the same way. Season 1 threw 4 no problem. The Season 5 & 6 same problems. Artwork is there but the disc information is missing? Strange. I did put in the UPC code but nothing over the last 48 hours had changed.....
