Generic power adapters

Hi,
Would anyone know about generic power adapters that could be used for Strato and Cinema One second generation?
thanks
Olivier

I personally would not use a generic power adapter on a piece of equipment that costs thousands of dollars. Just my 2 cents.

O, i agree with bg23, best to stick with the official K components when possible, and they do offer the PS for sale at $70.

They use a Lite-On brand adapter (at least my Stratos and Terra do). That said, I'd get it from Kaleidescape no matter what as they might have some extra certification process or something else behind the scenes. No matter what, if there ever WAS a power issues, I don't think they'd be too happy if they learned you were using a non-OEM PS and it may void any warranty. Although an after-market or even a Lite-On PS would probably be just fine, I personally wouldn't take the chance.
