DVD Import, no Audio on M700

I'm hoping someone can help --

I use my M700 to import Blueray discs and they play back great on my M300 and M700.

I also have a KPLAYER-5000 that i use to import my DVD's.

The problem is that any DVD import i play back on the M700 does not have sound. If i play the same movie back on my M300s it works just fine.

I've tried restarting the M700, ive checked audio settings, etc... and everything appears to be set up properly.

Does anyone have any ideas?

How is the M700 connected to your AV system? HDMI? Same way as the M300?

Yes, HDMI on both.

My M700 does pass through my Anthem D2V rather than directly to the TV. I have the M700 set to send Bitstream out to the D2V for processing.

Don't know if this will help, but I'd consider trying to isolate the issue by not passing through the audio and use the player to decode (default). I'd even go so far as to select 2-channel PCM to at least try and get some sort of audio as part of the trouble shooting process.

If you get audio, I'd then go into the advanced audio page and double check the settings on the codecs. Maybe you have an incompatibility issue with a selection you've made in the Anthem (what it expects) and the M700 (what it's providing).

Can I assume the M300 is feed through the Anthem as well? Any set-up differences between the two? I don't have an M300, so I'm unaware of the menu set-up.

Lastly, have you tried using the M700 to import a DVD and then see if the audio is present? I don't have a KPLAYER-5000, but if imports made via the M700 work that would also narrow things down a bit.

You probably have done all this. Sorry if I just listed blinding flashes of the obvious.
