DVD cannot be imported

Bought Pain & Gain yesterday, but kscape says "DVD cannot be imported". So am I prevented from importing a movie cause the movie guide folks haven't gotten to it yet? Why not just import as unrecognized?
 
Works fine in my other DVD/Blu-Ray Players and my PC. None of my 4 K5000/6000 players will import it. Just odd!!
 
I would love to know how this was solved. I have a similar problem. I get a message to report that the disc is not a Blu Ray disc, a music CD or DVD. If I play it on a non-Kaleidescape player it is fine. The only clue I have is that both DVD's having this problem are region 0 (Worldwide).
 
Well, Jesus came and fixed mine and saved me from my sinful ways. LOL. On a serious note, mine eventually loaded, despite all the rancor about the subject. Once Kscape gets the titles loaded, in the DB, it imports. I, however, don't rely upon them, they have stuff to do and don't necessarily move at my speed, so if it won't import, I disconnect my server (block the FW ports) from the internet and import as unrecognized and do my own picture and title entry stuff. Done. I leave my system permanently disconnected. The SW version I have suffices, don't want any changes. So it works for me.

BTW, Brian contacted me directly on this and is great.
