  • 🔷Why can't I make a new post here in "The Marketplace"? 🤔

    All registered users can reply to other members' posts here in the Marketplace, to respond as potential buyer or ask questions of the seller.
    However, only members who have paid to become "Premium" members or "Patrons" can make a new "for sale" post here in Marketplace.

    Premium memberships can be purchased for as little as $10... a very reasonable fee in order to sell equipment here, far lower than the seller's fee would be on eBay or Audiogon or other sites. Our site doesn't sell ads or sell user's information. This small fee is the only source of funds for the site to offset the costs it takes to run the forum.

No, not in the manner planned, based on the info I received from K a couple of months ago, I think a hardware mod is required.

Did you get the Alto yet?
I have 2 of them on order.
From what I was led to believe, K will release an extended hard drive or something similar for the Alto

Yes I got the Alto and downloaded roughly 62 movies plus cataloged 80 more, not in store.

I will wait for both hard disk (may end up getting second Alto instead of HD) for my bedroom and vault.

UI is outstanding.

How are you cataloging the movies not downloaded?
Are you just manually entering the movie data?

When I insert a disc it gives me an option for digital offers, play disc or catalog disc. So I just click catalog, if digital offer is missing.

With some south asian movies, it was unable to recognize. At this point it gave me option to find using bar code. I entered the bar code and after a few days, it even downloaded information for those discs.
