Download stalled

I ordered a bunch of the Bond movies on Thursday when they became available. The first few downloaded fine but now I’m getting a message that the download has stalled due to a problem with the paired system (see attached screen shot). I thought maybe the server was just busy with everyone taking advantage of the Bond sale but I tried to restart again on Saturday and got the same error message. I have a Strato 6TB and a Strato S 12TB, each with about 2.5TB remaining storage, which should be adequate. I don’t see any other issues. A suggestions for how to get the rest of the movies I purchased to download?

TIA

If you haven't already, power down your systems, unplug them from power for a few seconds. I'd also get online and cancel the downloads scheduled in the Store, and then reselect for download (obviously make a note of those remaining to be downloaded).

Taking a quick look at your system's logs, there are some odd messages pointing to some sort of network issue (particularly after the reboots). The download process is failing to communicate with our headend. It, and other processes, are failing to resolve the host name it needs to contact. You should contact Kaleidescape Support with this so that they can dig into the problem.

Nice of you to look into that John.
