Anyone with an Encore system having issues downloading from the Store ?
In two different systems (Terra paired with a 3U // standalone Strato) that are located in different countries in Europe, the download status remains in "Starting Download" with movies routed for download to either the Terra or the Strato. No issue with movies that are routed to the paired(with the Terra) 3U Premiere server.
Two other separate Premiere systems download fine, it's therefore safe to assume that only my Encore components are concerned.
Have rebooted the Encore systems, no change. The playback is fine in all zones. Systems are online and there is no problem with my internet connection or the cables.
Have sent an email to K support but I am wondering if this a wider issue.
