Anyone with an Encore system having issues downloading from the Store ?

In two different systems (Terra paired with a 3U // standalone Strato) that are located in different countries in Europe, the download status remains in "Starting Download" with movies routed for download to either the Terra or the Strato. No issue with movies that are routed to the paired(with the Terra) 3U Premiere server.
Two other separate Premiere systems download fine, it's therefore safe to assume that only my Encore components are concerned.

Have rebooted the Encore systems, no change. The playback is fine in all zones. Systems are online and there is no problem with my internet connection or the cables.

Have sent an email to K support but I am wondering if this a wider issue.
 
I added some movies to download this morning to my Strato. It's sat for some hours now just saying "Starting Download".
 
I had the same problem but it’s working again.

Working again here as well. Downloads were completed overnight. Curious to understand what happened and why only Encore system were impacted...
 
Yes, this is/was a strange one. No problem with 3U only with Strato.

One other note which is probably unrelated: the OSD of Store View hasn’t updated. I don’t see the newly added pre-order titles nor “Power Rangers”.
