Doctor Who season 7 weirdness

Just wondering if this is normal... My set includes 2 additional episodes: "The Doctor, The Widow, and the Wardrobe" and "The Snowmen."

In the K store, both of these episodes are stand-alone titles, and the Season 7 set doesn't include them.

When I first imported the discs, they were unrecognized. I put in the UPC code, and now their recognized, but they only have the Play Disc option. No episode jump.

Finally, It shows the D2D offer for the store version of Season 7 without the extra 2 episodes.

Not sure how to go about sorting this. I'm thinking the easiest will be to take the D2D offer and buy the extra 2 episodes separately. Would also be the least cost effective. :)
 
Discs without bookmarks are annoying. I have about 180 titles without bookmarks. I have no clue what K would charge to bookmark these but one of these days I will send them in.

I would get the digital versions btw.
