Disney Opt In Issue

Hi All.

I have a cinema one and when i click on the link to initiate disney opt in I get an error:

Your request to enable Disney downloads is invalid.

Disney content is available to Premiere Line customers under special terms and conditions. (Learn more)

Any ideas.?

Thanks.
K.

If I'm not mistaken, I think the opt in is only for the old Premier system components

I have a cinema one gen 2. Assume that is not considered a premier line?

Does that mean I can never download any Disney movies?

Disney opt-in applies to both Premiere and Cinema One systems that are grandfathered (i.e. allow DVD imports). You should be able to opt-in to Disney downloads on a Cinema One 2nd Gen. I just did a quick test here in the lab and was able to initiate opt-in on a C1. If you are still experiencing this issue @k3nnis you should contact our Support team. They will be able to help you get to the bottom of why this isn't working.
