Disney + 20th Century Fox Content Future

With the current Wall Street speculation that Disney is acquiring 20th Century Fox, a quick Q.

For users who did not accept the amended service agreement regarding Disney content, would 20th Century Fox titles be affected (included at some point) by this if in fact Disney acquires them?

Cheers

Depends on the acquisition terms, and of course the Disney contract terms with K. Their other Studios are restricted, so in theory Fox could be as well, but it's all about the contract language.

shhh- don't give them any ideas! I suspect given our relative size, we would not be in the top list of deal priorities. But if any of you fancy merger types are listening, I'd like to do away with this opt-in stuff. And of course- lets get some Star Wars in UHD HDR!
