Disc Stuck in Alto

I added a new Alto to my system and tested out a disc. It pulled the disc in but doesn't recognize it at all and the eject button isn't illuminated.

I have another Alto that has the normal disc issues with getting stuck and rebooting usually does the trick. This one seems even worse off though. Is there anyway to get the disc out without taking it apart?
 
Try unplugging it and holding the eject button after you plug it back in.
