Disc Not Showing as Owned in Store

I see Master and Commander is in the Kaleidescape store with disc to digital available and I own it on DVD. However, the store does not show that I own the disc so I cannot upgrade it to HD. What might be the reason for this? Is there a way I can fix it?

Master and Commander is a Fox title. For Fox titles in the store, there are no SD (DVD quality) versions. In order to do disc-to-digital it has to be to the same video quality. So for Fox titles, there is no way to go from DVD to the HD version that is in the store.
