Disc navigation

I get that the expectation is, was, and will be that folks download from the store or are importing common/pre-loaned movies and then directly playing the movie. However, as this becomes increasingly likely that folks will be off the golden path, it would be helpful if we could navigate the discs easier.

To that, it would be useful if we could hop directly between discs from the Navigation section of the on-screen menu options. Currently, we have to drop back to the GUI, select the title again, wait for it to finish updating for the selection screen to come back up, select the disc-play option, and scroll down to the next volume.

I'm not sure I completely understand the scenario here. You're talking about being able to jump to a different disc in a multi-disc set, but via a "Play Disc" option rather than a bookmark?

And this would only really be useful for multi-disc sets that are in the Media Guide database (because otherwise there's no way to have the multi-disc association), but have not been bookmarked?

Primarily, but it would also be useful for those that watch the extras, even if the title has been bookmarked.

I see. Okay, we'll add it to the feature request queue, but I will be honest and say that it's a very long queue, and this seems less broadly applicable than some of the others that we've struggled to find time for.
