Rented this from Netlix. Disc looks perfect. Put it into M500 and it appeared and I pressed "Play Disc" and the player basically locked up. Wouldn't play, wouldn't eject, wouldn't go back to main movie selection screen. Tried front panel power cycle, and it would come back on and say "No disc in tray" but would still not let me eject the disc; the door would NOT open. I restarted from the Web interface and it came back on and let me eject. I've tried putting the disc back into the tray multiple times since and it does the same thing each time. I haven't tried playing the disc in a non-K player. Anyone else ever had this happen?

Well, after repeated attempts and a couple of massive cleanings, the disc finally played. And, spoiler, the movie wasn't that great....
