D-Box & Kaleidescape

I'm not sure how the D-Box "coding" works. Is it compatible with K, meaning a simple add-on or is it new media that has to be imported.

At 1050+ titles, I don't want to go through another round of importing.

D-BOX is 100% compatible with Kaleidescape. The only thing you have to do is plug the D-BOX controller in, plug the chairs in and enjoy the movie!

Which D-BOX system are you looking at getting? I can give you some good feedback, since I own every style of motion system they have - platform, vertical integrated, 2-axis, 3-axis, Odyssee, Quest, Quest Xtr3me, etc.

Here we go! Your response has started me on a journey that I've been down once or twice before. Should I retro fit, throw/give away perfectly good seating or expand on my obsession (build a new room or buy a bigger house)! The fact that it's plug-n-play really does it for me. Given my need for speed, the Odyssee Actuators are probably the first stop in my D-Box adventure.

Will the Odyssee Actuators give me as much motion as the Quest series furniture? I can just see it now. I put in the Odyssee Actuators and love it so much that I'm ordering the Quest series right afterwards.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

The vertical integrated Odyssee actuators have as much lift as the Quest Xtr3me actuators.
