    To start the process, send an email to support@kaleidescape.com with “Buy Back Program” in the subject line and “Please send request form” in the message body.
All prices and credits are in USD. Kaleidescape reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without notice, and reserves the right to terminate any program upon posting notice on the Kaleidescape website or Extranet.
 
Two important notes regarding the above programs:

1. The Terra Chassis Trade-up Program is not free. It is an offer that allows you to purchase the new Terra Prime chassis. You would move your current drives to the new Terra Prime chassis and return your old chassis to Kaleidescape per an RMA issued by Support. Contact your dealer for pricing.

2. To use the Strato Player Upgrade Program you must be the ORIGINAL OWNER of the Strato being upgraded. (That condition is noted in the program comment, but has been overlooked by some owners when they reached out to me.)
