concert runtimes wildly inaccurate

I’ve been purchasing some concerts lately and just happen to notice that the run time shown is often wildly off.

For example, tonight I watched Clapton/Winwood, and it says it is 3h17m but it is actually about 2h20m

I notice this on some other concerts too but never a movie. I thought maybe the runtime included special features or something, but there are none.

hmmm... I'll tag @Luke here so he might become aware of this, (though me doing this is NOT the official way to submit corrections to Kaleidescape team)

I noticed similar with Electric Light Orchestra: Out of the Blue — Live at Wembley, it was stating over 3 hours and I inquired with movies@kaleidescape.com and they corrected it to 58m. At least I think I emailed it. That's the right way, but I may have posted here too.
