Bulk Loader problem

I have a bulk loader and it does two things. First it will just mount and unmount all discs. It also will identify all movies as the movie Airheads and then say that everything is imported. Has anyone encountered this issue and found a solution.
 
Not seen that problem but I did have some very strange behaviour with my bulk loader a while back... Would load and unload disks, would recognise some disks and not others yet when ejected and reloaded all was fine. If one disk had a problem all disks that tried to be read by that drive in the loader would then fail until loader and controller were rebooted. At first I thought it was the loader so used my spare one and had similar issues so in the end I had to replace the controller and since then the loader / controller combination has been 95%+ fine so a new controller is the probable solution but the price to retutn to K and have it replaced was €900 + tax.
 
I also think this is likely a controller issue. You may be able to RMA just the controller to K for repair, but not sure, check with your dealer.

That is what I did as the 2 bulk loaders I have (Region 1 and Region 2 hence the 2) and all was fine with the new controller.
