Automatic upload

Is there a way to set up the players to automatically upload dvd's, without going through all the menus?

Thanks

Which player do you have?
The more recent players have two buttons on the front - one that just opens/closes the tray, the other closes the tray (if needed) and starts an import. Is that what you're asking? You shouldn't need to bring up any menu to start an import from a DVD or BR.

KPlayer-5000 and earlier can be configured to start imports automatically on disc insertion. This setting is on the Component Settings page of the browser interface and is set on a per-player basis.

KPlayer-6000 and later have an import button on the front panel. As Josh points out, simply close the tray with the import button and the disc will import without the user having to go through any menus.

And as an aside, I found out why you don't necessarily want to import every single disk automatically when I started adding Blu-Rays.....
