Aspect Ratio Error

I'm pretty new here, but loving the system so far. After over 500 DVD and BR imports, I'm going back through and cleaning up issues, like discs with no or incomplete info. One DVD, though has an error in K's database in it's aspect ratio, one of the 3 Stooges collection will only play in letterbox mode. The material is obviously 4:3, but the top and bottom are cut off, no matter what I do. Other 4:3 material included 3 Stooges collections are just fine. I cannot find a way to manually correct the database info on aspect ratio. Is there a way, or do I need to contact K? Thanks...

Is there any chance it is encoded on the disc incorrectly? I think I have a few old movies on DVD that are letterboxed but hard encoded into a 4:3 frame and not anamorphic. Maybe this is another case of that but with a 4:3 film encoded into a 16x9 frame on the disc?

This particular disc is familiar to me, and this is the first instance that it wan't show properly. I have a big box to send them of discs that need more info. I'll contact them first about this one. I just thought there may be a way to do this myself.

Best to send them to K. One way I verify an AR issue is to put the disk in a standard DVD (non-K) Player on a different display to check (yes, I still have some antiquated gear laying around.:D).
