Alto drive finicky?

I have noticed that the drive in my Alto is real finicky. Basically if I leave a disc in it, it won't play and keeps trying over and over to read the disc and won't even let me eject it. I end up having to yank the power on the Alto and then ejecting the disc as it reboots.

Anyone else ever experience this? Is there at least a key combo that will force a disc to eject?

Have you seen this on more than one disc, or has it been the same disc in place that's been problematic? No issues with the BD drive in our Alto, but it hasn't seen much use in it's short life span.

I see it with basically every disc I put in the drive. It's not *that* big of a deal because I don't use it that often but it is annoying when it happens because I have to unplug the player and plug it back into get the disc out.

Might not be that big a deal right now, but if the drives an issue, you should consider getting K Support while still under warranty. While it's always possible to get a weird problem disc, it should not be happening to all discs.

I've sold many Alto's and none of my client/friends has reported a drive problem up to this point.
