Adding a strato-v to my terra system

Hello,
I am trying to add a new strato-v to my existing Terra Server and I cannot get it to add. I have clicked on activate and that just takes me to this.

I have tried adding to my terra system using this

And, select my home Terra system which shows my two terra servers and takes me to the Home Terra system page, but still only shows the existing two Stratos. I am not sure what I am doing wrong.

Any ideas?
 
Josh, Sorry I put this in the wrong area. Can you move this to the hardware setup area?
