1U Disk Ejected

Hi,
I have a 1U with three 1TB disks. While the system was in use the third disk ejected all by itself (may not have put it in right or ensured it was pushed home). When I insert it the system won?t start. It will work on two disks (thanks to RaidK) but I'm getting the alert that a disk has failed. The disk concerned is under warranty. What?s my best option here to get back to where I was? If I get the third disk invalidated will this fix the issue?
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks.

I just had your system checked (I think it's your's, hard to tell for sure with all the John Mc****? K owners). Support needs to take a better look at what has happened and has a couple of questions. As Jerry said, reach out to your dealer, or K Support directly to resolve the issue. I'd leave the system off for now.

Not to worry, these things are normally easily correctable.:)

Jim
