    Hi SimonSays, Yes I have tried this and replacing the harddrive with the same model but to no avail. When I did the diagnostics the unit was trying to do an update but kept failing. So i think its some sort of internal memory failure, that K-Scape dont want to fix as theyve said its not...

    No, I've contacted my sales rep for K-Scape and theyve passed on my diagnostics and said rather vaguely that its beyond repair. Rather annoying since its literally been sat in a box since original order.

    Kaleidascape 6TB Strato Power Issue

    Hey guys, I've got a strato 6tb that was fresh out the box after being left in our warehouse for too long, seems it has an issue whereby its just stuck in a boot loop. I've run diagnostics and it seems to fail on a kOS update and just get stuck, according to kaleidascape this is not repairable...
