    Hi guys, someone left the batteries on the remote for far too long and they leaked onto the board, ruining the controller. Is it easy to pair a new remote or does it have to be done from Kaleidescape directly? Im finding lots of kscape remotes that look exactly the same as the one for my strato...

    Because I paid for bit for bit perfect copies not streaming quality. I havent watched any movies mentioned in my post in any other platform. Itunes doesnt come close to kscape quality. Im saying that the main reason was that I paid for a kscape strato is 1) perfect copies of the movie 2) release...

    For example, "The tax collector" own it for 14.99 rent for 6.99 in 4k on every other digital marketplace but its nowhere to be found on kscape store. 6 months ago I would be able to preorder and watch it exactly at the same time it was everywhere else.     Okay, found something odd... overlord downloaded in 27 hours at 5mbps max... then other titles downloaded at 72mbps in less than 2 hours... apparently its something with “Overlord” kscape IT should check their CDN settings

    First Man (No Atmos/DTS-X)

    I just want to make sure im making sense out of this, I just bought First Man off the kstore, there is no immersive audio on the HDR 4k Version... but the Itunes Version has Dolby Vision + Dolby Atmos for $14.99... Somethings not right... anyone know why we get inferior features for more...

    I tried contacting mcintosh support but they threw the ball over at kscapes court. Hdfury fixed the issue! I am now getting full 4k signal over the video port. Is the dedicated audio out port better for audio than the video out?
