    I didn't ask. They just said the only thing they would advise hooking up to the USB ports is a DVD player with its own power supply.

    I actually can't comment as neither is working for my specific setup. I am using a Logitech Harmony Hub sending out IR to an IR repeater, which is working with a bunch of small IR sensors in my rack. But for whatever reason cannot get the direct IR cable connection to the Strato C to work, so...

    Quick question: For the IR In port, does the 3.5mm cable need to be mono (tip + sleeve) or will a more common stereo (tip + ring + sleeve) cable work just fine?

    Thanks! I will let them know. However, I have switched to the Kscape being directly connected to the projector for video and the HDMI audio out going to the Anthem. So far it is working good. And no lip sync issues.

    Actually, I found that Zeskit makes a 23ft (5m) HDMI 2.1 cable. I am using the same cable (albeit only 10ft) for my living room setup. I will give it a try...

    Is there a rock solid/sure fire active HDMI cable Kscape owners use? If I set the Strato C to Energy Saving, this will cause it to go through the long start up process, similar to restarting it, every time it is turned on right?

    That is how I have it. JVC turns on first and then there is a wait time until it is fully powered up. Then the AVM70 turns on and fully powers on before the Strato C turns on.

    Having an issue with my Strato C and JVC NZ7 setup. Every so often, the Strato C cannot properly communicate via HDMI with the NZ7, preventing the video capabilities from not showing (if I go to the Settings screen via web browser). This causes HDR content to not play and also audio drop outs...
