Movie Updates

Alien (1979) from Twentieth Century updated to include DV with DTS-HD Master 5.1

28 Years Later (2025) HDR updated with video quality improvements.

The Equalizer 3 (2023) HDR updated with video quality improvements and additional subtitles (French and Spanish).

Top Gun: Maverick (2022) HDR updated with audio and video improvements.

Ballerina: From the World of John Wick (2025) HDR updated with audio and video improvements.

Is anyone else having trouble installing the Ballerina update. I attempted to update both Top Gun Maverick and Ballerina. Top Gun worked fine, Ballerina shows starting update, and it stays in that que for about 30 minutes, then states update failed. My internet and system is working fine, so I assume it's on K-scape end

I emailed K-scape Support....this was their reply. I'll give it a try and let you know if it worked,

Hi Greg,

Have you tried deleting the movie from the server entirely and downloading it from scratch?

Let us know if you still run into issues with this.

Well, I tried their suggestion and it didn't work....I replied to their email letting them know it failed and that others in the owners group had issues as well...I guess it's just wait and see.

I had to delete my copy of Oppenheimer in order to be able to get the updated version. The update kept failing for me like most of you experienced. Top Gun Maverick had no issues.

Ballerina updated fine this AM, to 12 Tb server.

Thank you very much

FURY

I've tried Ballerina a few times now and it constantly fails. The others updated.

Apologies for the download/update issues.

A large batch of updates were queued for transfer to our content delivery network (CDN) but there was a bottleneck (since eliminated) in the transfer process that resulted in a large backlog. Our publishing tools are being updated to ensure that content will only show on the store once it's fully available on the CDN.
