Hello,
I have never tried to sell on the forum before, but I have sold a bunch of stuff on Ebay with 100% rating. I thought I would offer my ISCO projector lens to my fellow Kaleidescapers before going to Ebay. If anyone has used an ISCO lens before then you know the benefit to the picture as well as Schneider claims a 30% increase in brightness. I am the original owner and have used it for a number of years in my theater. The lens includes its original case, mounting rings, and sled which automatically deploys the lens when an anamorphic film was detected. I could also control deployment with my Control4 or the included remote. Please see pictures, lens is in very good condition as once mounted it should not need to be touched again.

I found it selling new in Germany for $12,975 and used on Ebay in various stages of completeness for $8,193, $6,999, and $4,999. Will sell for $3,999 plus insured shipping. I'm not a business but can accept PayPal or Venmo.

If you have a scope screen this is an excellent addition , I have been using one for a good while and I can’t find a fault with it….

For those that might not know the OP, he's very trustworthy and a great guy! Also, there is no better glass than Isco, I've sold many of their lenses over the years and was somewhat disappointed when they were purchased by Schneider in 2008(?). Schneider is quality as well, but there was just something special about Isco's line. The price is excellent for that XL lens.

I will add that I used a lot of different lenses and have found the ISCO anamorphic ones to be the best of what I have compared them against - so far superior to the Panamorph lenses that I hate to even use them as an example for comparison.

I do not know how to explain what they do but it’s like they provide a cinematic feel to the screen that makes the image appear more like a theater experience.

Well, you can get that same effect by zooming out to fill a 2.35:1 screen and just letting the black bars spill out the top and bottom, but you lose 1/4 of the light output that way, as well as 1/4 of the pixel resolution. The anamorphic lens gives you back all the extra resolution, which can help with a scaler even if it is higher than the source resolution. It also gives you back 1/3 more light less the transmission loss of somewhere around 5% of so if I recall so just over 1/4 brighter on the larger screen. The ISCO can do it without the chromatic aberration that you get with a Panamorph. There is a slight bit of curvature on the top or bottom edge of the screen but that is almost impossible to notice even if you are looking for it unless there is a solid clue, like a menu bar going from corner to corner at the bottom.

I prefer my system with the ISCO in place and just leave it there all the time rather than sliding it out for 16x9 content.
