CEDIA 2018

My wishlist:

Day and Date

Maybe built in HDR->SDR conversion for those who don't have that ability.
 
I so want this to be a big CEDIA and upcoming year for K. Remove the last major reasons preventing me from buying in. Thus, I can eliminate my media server and all the logistics that come with it. Be able to enjoy content more and content management less.
 
Patience "young Grasshopper". I wonder whether, if there are going to be any announcements, they will be likely to co-incide with the seminars. Not sure when they are taking place mind you.
 
So, K tweeted once so far. Just promoting the Strato S.

I'm growing nervous there won't be big news.
 
No big new that I could find in talking to K team members (including Chenna). But their area had lots of people. Also, K systems were used all over in demos. Seemed good for K!
 
New iphone app is coming- it was very nice. Other than that BBC is a new studio. Nothing else. That said- everyone was using K to demo.

The app was cool and was told we could sign up for the beta and get it early. I was interviewed for this app by the project manager thanks to Jim. SJ
 
Great! BBC is a good addition, MGM would be my only wish now.

I was wondering did any of you ask about the missing immersive audio from Universal and Fox?

I will definitely sign up for the iPhone app, I was also interviewed by the project manager and I am really looking forward testing it.

Good news, how do we sign up for the beta app?
 
I got to play with that iPhone app and it’s really nice. Very responsive and quick. The ability to browse the store and your movies is really nice both on screen and on the app. They did mention movies anywhere is getting closer.
