I was not expecting this especially considering I was late ordering this disc. I assume it will be fixed shortly.....

Hi John,

Zootopia is in the guide database. It's possible that you received an alternative pressing that's just different enough that it's not recognized. Please enter the UPC code via the OSD or the browser interface so that the Media Guide team can work on it.
