When a movie is updated in store, notify users..

One of the biggest gripes I have right now is that movies get updated in store, primarily for audio and there is no way to identify which ones are new. If The store don’t have HDR version of a movie and I download the uhd or the Blu-ray version and later if the hdr version is added, there is a very easy way to identify that update.

But when the audio gets updated, say to At,os, there is no easy way to identify that change.

My request to K is to get this updated so that a user can see the audio version they have and the one available in store. This way we can redownload the movie if needed.

@Mike from K.

+1 Agreed. Having to routinely sort movies by "Dolby Atmos" to discover the improved version exists is not optimal. If a significant improvement is available without a cost, it would be nice if updating a movie could be automatic by say checking a box "yes" in the UI (i.e. Upgrade to improved audio whenever it is available). That way it just happens for those of us who do not have any data caps.

actually, there is a way if you go to your library and you brought the movie a while back it will pop on left upper corner.

This is an issue we're well aware of, and are working towards a solution. No timetable to announce, but we view it as an important one to solve.

Hopefully K can figure out a way to download just the data that is different, rather than downloading the entire movie again. That would save customers time and K a ton of bandwidth.
